Ogni mese la comunità TakingITGlobal "sponsorizza" una diversa pagina Problemi nella nostra sezione Capire i Problemi. Speriamo che concentrarci su un nuovo argomento ogni mese vi abbia incoraggiato a cercare contenuti e ad informarvi su problemi che normalmente non andreste a cercare. Per il mese di ottobre la Comunità Online sponsorizzerà la nostra pagina Problemi sulla Sessualità, che può essere un argomento di difficile dibattito pubblico, specialmente quando ne sono coinvolti i giovani. Durante il mese di Agosto abbiamo chiesto ai membri TakingITGlobal di scrivere riguardo alla sessualità e perchè è importante mantenere un dialogo riguardo i modi in cui condiziona le nostre vite, la nostra salute, e i nostri diritti. Il risultato finale è il Numero di Panorama "Dialogo sulla Sessualità"
Vi incoraggiamo a cercare informazioni riguardo la sessualità che sono rilevanti per voi, tenervi informati sui vostri diritti sessuali, e mantenere vivo il dialogo.

Nazione del Momento: Polonia
 Next month the whole world will be turning to Poland, specifically to the city of Poznan, where major world leaders, UN officials, activists, and researchers will gather to continue international discussions and negotiations on Climate Change. Poland is located in Central Europe bordering on the Baltic Sea to the North and became a member of the European Union in 2004. Poland's position at the meeting point of multiple European empires and powerful states has meant that it has been partitioned several times and has also served as a key battleground in multiple wars. This has brought many hardships, of all the countries involved in World War II Poland lost the highest percentage of it's civilian population: over 6 million people. Currently Poland is emerging as a strong and vibrant democratic state, it has been one of several countries to see significant improvements to its economy as a result of EU membership.

TakingITGlobal's next Live Chat is coming up in November! It will focus on the upcoming United Nations Climate Change Conference in Poznan, Poland in December and what youth are doing in order to prepare themselves for this important meeting. The Live Chat will take place on Thursday, November 6th 2008 at 2pm (UTC/GMT). Mark the date in your calenders and learn how the UN Climate Change Conference in Poznan will affect you, as well as how you can be part of the changes youth will be calling for at the meeting!

The World Summit Youth Award invites young designers and e-Content creators to participate in an international competition. Submit e-Content that addresses the UN Millennium Development Goals in an inspiring manner and which uses internet and mobile content to create awareness of the MDGs.

 TakingITGlobal would like to take this opportunity to give a big Thank You to our virtual volunteers! There are dozens of people working throughout the Online Community on a volunteer basis and in multiple languages: French, Italian, Romanian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Farsi, Bengali, and of course English! These volunteers moderate, review, and approve your content and keep the Online Community safe, open and up-to-date with opportunities and information for you. Without a dedicated team of people willing to donate their time and energies towards the running of the site TIG wouldn't be able to grow - now at over 200,000 members!
